VENDOR FAQ

Below are a few frequently asked questions you may find helpful.
As a reminder, our location is an outdoor venue and is subject to weather of all kinds. Please plan accordingly.

Police Week Tent City is open May 13-14, 2025 from 11:00 AM until 2:00 AM.

Police Week Tent City is entirely enclosed with fencing and we have 24 hour on-site security. (Please Note: Although we provide security, Police Week Tent City and FOP DC Lodge State Lodge are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.)

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide parking for vendors on site.

Vendor spaces are allotted in white gable style 10’ x 10’ tent sections. Each assigned section includes back, side and front soft wall panels.

Police Week Tent City is built on an existing asphalt parking lot which serves as the flooring for our tents. We recommend bringing something soft to stand on.

Each 10’ x 10’ vendor space is allotted 1 – 15amp outlet located on a junction box. Please plan to provide your own extension cords to reach to the box. (Please Note: The allotment of power is strictly enforced. If you require additional power, please our Director of Vendor Operations.)

Our vendor space does not come with tables or chairs included, but you will have the option to purchase a rental set when you purchase your space. Each set includes 1 – 8’ table and 2 standard folding chairs for $35 for the entire event. You may also choose to bring your own tables and chairs.

Police Week Tent City welcomes 20-30k attendees over the course of our 2 day event. Although we tend to see a larger crowd on the first event day, we are busy throughout the event.

Unfortunately, we are not able to make change for vendors. Please plan to make proper arrangements prior to the event.

The weather during Police Week Tent City varies throughout the event. We have found over the years that it is best to plan for rainy, cold weather, especially with regard to storing your merchandise. We recommend well sealed plastic storage containers. Fingers crossed for beautiful fall weather!

You are welcome to hang banners inside your vendor space, but we do not allow banners to be hung in any other location on the site without prior approval. (Please Note: We may experience windy weather so plan to secure your banners/signs well. Also, no banners will be placed on perimeter fencing without prior approval.)
